  • Working across sectors, making links.

  • Fostering long-term relationships between organizations.

  • Delivering outcomes from projects.

  • Undertaking research, exploring ideas and academic concepts.

The Cultural Engine works within and across the following sectors:

  • Heritage, arts, culture and destination management.

  • Local and sub-regional economic development.

  • Regeneration and place-making.

  • Sustainable transport planning and business case development.

  • Parks, open spaces, and the natural environment.

  • Education (Schools, HE and FE).

  • Sports development.

At the Cultural Engine, we like to actually make things happen, and we understand the interconnectedness of these sectors. We always bring creative and joined up thinking to the organizations that we work with.

We are interested in good ideas, but recognize that making ideas into reality can be challenging for organizations of all sizes. Therefore we provide committed and hands-on support that really makes a difference.
